The team would like to give a big thank you to Formaplex for their help with nesting our chassis fixtures. This is a process where individual parts location is optimised on sheets of mdf, which our fixtures are manufactured from, for minimal wastage and reduced manufacture time. With over 100 custom parts, this really helps take some of the load off both Design and Manufacture teams. We would also like to thank them for their continued support, advice and expertise in composite design and manufacture.
